What to expect as a new client:
We are a small animal only veterinary clinic that strives to offer high quality healthcare to preserve the special bond between people and their companion. Our facility is furnished with up to date equipment, including the ability to quickly capture digital radiographs and perform ultrasound when necessary.
When booking your first appointment as a new client, we do request a one time booking fee of $65. This is applied to your invoice and will cover the cost of the exam at the time of the visit. Should you choose to seek care elsewhere, this is fully refundable given 24-hrs notice via email or phone. This policy was put into place after numerous no show, no call bookings. We value your time and want to help as many pets as we can, we hope you understand.
Having your previous medical history is very important to us and helps us provide the necessary care you are seeking. In most cases, your previous care provider can email these to us. At a minimum, by law, we must have proof of rabies vaccination. Providing all vaccine history will help us make sure your pet is not receiving anything unnecessary. Records need to be emailed or brought in person prior to scheduling.
Late Policy New & Current Clients: You may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
